Step 1
Cook down your chosen veggies until blendable, by your method of choice. We usually roast everything except greens, which we put in raw.
Step 2
Add everything to a pot! Spice to your liking. Cook on medium until bubbling.
Step 3
Blend! Recommend an immersion blender.
Step 4
Keep in a jar for up to a week or serve immediately!
