Attempt 1: When I made it, I should have mixed more regularly after adding pasta to make sure everything was evenly heated, also make sure that the pasta is soft enough, because some random pieces were too hard.
Attempt 2: After trying to mix more often there were less pasta pieces which were very hard, but there were still some that were soft, but not soft enough. Should try to cook it for longer on a lower heat

Step 1
Heat some oil in a large pot and sauté the onion for about 2-3 minutes. Then add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
Step 2
Then add the remaining ingredients except for the fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Cook for about 13 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes and the spinach and cook for two more minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and black pepper. Enjoy!
