Instructions

Step 1
Toss potatoes in olive oil + spices
Step 2
Cook in the oven at 200C 30-40 minutes OR in the air fryer 200C 20-25 minutes (take them out to stir halfway)
Step 3
Mix the garlic, lemon juice, and coriander and toss onto the potatoes as soon as they're fully cooked and golden
Step 4
Serve immediately
