Instructions

Step 1
Prepare protein as desired (eg. Glazed salmon, marinated fresh salmon/tuna)

Shallow fry mushrooms in sesame oil and mirin

Cook rice
Step 4
Soft boil eggs for 3 minutes or fry sunny side up
Step 5
Grate carrots and cucumber
Step 6
Shred seaweed with kitchen scissors into bowl and mix with sesame seeds
Step 7
Prepare sauce
Step 8
Assemble bibimbap with rice at base of bowl, protein and egg in centre and vegetables, seaweed and kimchi surrounding protein
