Cubed, Sushi-grade
2 TbsJapanese Mayonnaise
1 Tbspsriracha
½ tspsesame oil
1 tsptamari
¼ tspsugar
1Serrano
Chopped
1Scallions
Sliced
1 Tbspcilantro
chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Slice salmon into small and even cubes, set aside.
Step 2
Mix the Japanese mayo, sriracha, sugar, tamari and sesame oil until creamy. Add in cubed salmon, sliced serranos, scallions and cilantro.
Step 3
Mix grated ginger, rice vinegar, orange juice, Tamari and scallion to create the ginger scallion sauce and ideally let sit for a few minutes.
Step 4
Assemble prepared rice at the bottom of a bowl, top with spicy salmon, vegetable of your choice, pour in the ginger sauce, finally garnish with more sesame seeds, enjoy.
