Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice as directed.
Step 2
Cook vegetarian meat as directed, and add taco seasoning, with water as needed.
Step 3
Heat corn on stove or microwave. Drain water.
Step 4
Blend salsa till smooth. Put back in container.
Step 5
Blend queso in a blender till smooth.
Step 6
Add rice, vegetarian meat, black beans, corn, queso, and cheese to a large pot.
Step 7
Mix the ingredients until cheese and queso are melted and well incorporated.
Step 8
Spoon two add scoops into a large burrito tortilla. Put each burrito in air fryer for 7 mins.
Step 9
Serve with salsa.
