Instructions
Step 1
Cut 2 chicken breasts in half. Drizzle 1 tbls of olive oil on them. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 2
Add to blender the evaporated milk, grated parmasean, oregano, black pepper, and garlic powder and blend it together.
Step 3
10g of butter in pan on medium heat. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Remove chicken. To same pan, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic, chicken stock and pour in the blended sauce on low heat. Mix it all together.
Step 5
Add cream cheese, paprika, and chicken stock powder. Mix together. Add chopped spinach and simmer for 5 minutes.
