Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, pour oil 1cm depth. Heat until super hot
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk egg, salt, pepper until a bit foamy. Prepare sambal ingredients
Step 3
Deep fry egg 1 minute per side until brown and crispy. Turn off heat and set the egg aside
Step 4
With the heat turned off, fry sambal ingredients with the remaining oil. Strain and put on cobek with seasoning
