Instructions

Step 1
Boil your buckwheat.
Step 2
Into one bowl put seitan (alone, my already contained sunflower oil).
Step 3
Into another bowl put olive oil and minced garlic.
Step 4
When the garlic starts to fry, add the tomatoes. In the meantime, stir seitan.
Step 5
After a while, add spinach with tomatoes. Stir well.
Step 6
Finish frying the veggies, when the spinach is crunchy.
Step 7
Finish cooking the seitan, when it's crispy.
