Marinade
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a bag or deep baking pan





Step 2
Remove steams and gills from mushrooms, add mushrooms to bag, shake/distribute
Orzo spices
Step 3
Caramelize onion

Step 4
Add garlic, fry until golden. Add pecans, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.





Step 5
Add mushroom stems (chopped) and gills to pan, sauté until stems are soft and flexible.
Step 6
Add orzo to 2 cups of water and mix in vegetable bullion, boil and cook until done


Step 7
Deglaze onion pan with lemon and vinegar

Step 8
Drain remaining broth from orzo and add to a bowl with the dried parsley, add parsley mixture, orzo and oil to the onion pan

Step 9
Cook marinated mushrooms on medium, 2 minutes each side
Step 10
Serve mushrooms alongside orzo!
