Marinade
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a bag or deep baking pan

Remove steams and gills from mushrooms, add mushrooms to bag, shake/distribute
Orzo spices

Caramelize onion

Add garlic, fry until golden. Add pecans, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Add mushroom stems (chopped) and gills to pan, sautรฉ until stems are soft and flexible.

Add orzo to 2 cups of water and mix in vegetable bullion, boil and cook until done

Deglaze onion pan with lemon and vinegar
