Step 1
Dice celery, onion, garlic

Cook on low until soft
Step 3
Add ginger, cook briefly don’t burn
Step 4
Add stock/ water, let cook on low appx 1/2 hour
Step 5
Add coconut milk, let cook 5 more minutes
Step 6
Blend ingredients in vitamix until very smooth
Step 7
Season with sesame, soy, salt
