Step 1
Melt sugar, cinnamon, oil & maple over low heat. Blend banana, add to sugar oil mix. Mix through oats & nuts, coat well. Place on lined tray, pinch of salt & bake at 150C (my oven isn’t fan) for around 35 mins. I made x3 the amount of this recipe, so it took a little longer to cook than book states, more like 50 mins. Check often, until crisp & golden. COOL COMPLETELY!
