Poolish

Step 1
Add the water and the flour and mix

Add the water to a bowl

Add the poolish and dissolve it in the water

Add half of the flour and mix

Add the salt and mix

Add the remaining flour and mix until incorporated
Step 10
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes
