Step 1
Put the slices of bread into the preheated oven. The higher the temperature, the better. The bread should bake on top, the middle should remain soft.
Step 2
We prepare the rest of the ingredients. Wash the rucola and dry it with paper. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, tear the mozzarella into small pieces with your hands.
Step 3
When the bread is browned, take it out and put it on a plate. Put in the rest of the ingredients. Arugula, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and slices of prosciutto. Lightly drizzle with balsamic cream.
