These noodles originate from Vietnam and they are definitely a new fave pantry staple!
I picked these up from my local Asian grocer, fresh from the fridge section. They literally take 3 minutes to prepare and then you just top them with your fave sauces. Toooo damn easy!!!
Dishes like this that are so quick, easy and budget friendly get my excited for having people over for dinner!! This is going to be on the menu next dinner party.
