Ingredients

Grilled Chicken
500gchicken tenderloins
¼ cupolive oil
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsweet paprika
1 tsporegano
Canola Oil
light spray
Turmeric Rice
2 cupsbasmati rice
⅓ cupcanola oil
1onion
finely chopped
2cloves garlic
crushed
4 cupswater
2 tspChicken Stock Powder
1 ½ tspsalt
1 tspturmeric
Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Instructions
Grilled Chicken
Step 1
Marinate the Chicken with the ingredients listed.

olive oil¼ cup
salt1 tsp
black pepper1 tsp
onion powder1 tsp
garlic powder1 tsp
sweet paprika1 tsp
oregano1 tsp
Step 2
Grill the Chicken over medium heat for approximately 6 minutes on each side.

Step 3
Wash the Basmati Rice, then cover with water and allow to soak for minimum 10 minutes.

Cook the Onion and Garlic in Canola Oil over high heat for 5 minutes.

Strain the Rice and add it in. Then add the Chicken Stock Powder, Salt and Turmeric.

Give them a good mix, cover with water and bring to a light simmer.

Lower the heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Cook the Onion and Garlic in Olive Oil and Ghee over high heat for 5 minutes.

Add the Mushrooms and cook for 6-7 minutes or until they’re golden.

Add the Thickened Cream, Chicken Stock Powder and Seasonings and give them a good mix.

Bring to a light simmer, lower the heat and allow the sauce to thicken.
