MEXICAN MEALS FOR WEIGHT LOSS: TOSTADAS DE ENSALADA DE ATÚN 🇲🇽 This recipe is so easy to make and doesn’t require expensive ingredients. I love ensalada de atún during the summer because it’s refreshing and easy to make. Use whatever vegetables you have on hand and if you don’t like tostadas you can always use a low carb flour tortilla to make a wrap.

Step 1
1. Chop or grate all vegetables.
Step 2
2. Drain the can of tuna.
Step 3
3. Add all chopped vegetables and tuna into a bowl with 2 tbsp light mayo and 1 tbsp jalapeño mustard.

4. Air fryer tostadas: Air fry tortillas at 390* F for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 4 minutes. (The tortilla will fly if you don’t put it under the tray or weigh it down with an air fryer safe dish)
Step 5
5. 1 SERVING: 3 tostadas. Divide the tuna salad between the 3 tostadas.
Step 6
6. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
