Chimichurri Pizza Steak Wrap

Instructions

Step 1
For the dough, mix the water, yeast and sugar and let sit for 2 minutes
Step 2
Combine with all the other ingredients into a bowl and knead for 10 minutes until smooth then cover and leave in the fridge overnight
Step 3
Split into 4 and ball up into pizza dough balls and let rise on a floured tray covered with cling film for an hour or 2 until doubled in size
Step 4
For the chimichurri, finely chop or food process it all together, adding the oil and lime juice at the end and adjusting for seasonings
Step 5
For the slaw, thinly slice all the ingredients and combine in a bowl
Step 6
Throw the steak onto the BBQ for 2 mins a side to develop a nice char, then stick in an air fryer at 160C with a meat thermometer for 15-25 minutes til the internal temp reads 40C then pull it out and let rest
Step 7
Finely slice the cababge
Step 8
Press out a dough ball, spread over some Chimichurri and some mozzarella and Parmesan and bake in a pizza oven at 450C for 90 seconds or convention oven at 240C for 6-8 minutes
Step 9
Slice and lay your steak on the pizza with the slaw, more Chimichurri and any extra sauces you fancy and enjoy!
