Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix in 1 egg, 1tspn worcestershire, 1 tbsp ketchup, onion and italian seasoning into ground beef before forming patties

2. Cook patties on M/H heat until done; remove from heat and cover
Step 3
3. Melt butter in the same pan, add onion and mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until softened
Step 4
4. Whisk in broth, ketchup, and worcestershire and bring to a simmer
Step 5
5. Add cornstarch and mix until smooth, cook addtl. 2 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken
Step 6
6. Add meat back to pan and drizzle gravy over, top with parsley
