Step 1
Add all of the meatball ingredients above to a bowl and mix until completely incorporated. I use my hands to mix everything because I find that it is the easiest.

breadcrumbs1 cup
parmesan cheese½ cup
pepper½ tsp
salt½ tsp
italian seasoning1 tsp
onion1
garlic5 cloves
Step 2
Roll it into balls. I used a 2 tbsp ice-cream scoop to scoop them out but you could also use a spoon.
Step 3
Put a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add in the butter and oil.
Step 4
Add the meatballs to the pan. Be careful not to overcrowd them too much. Cook the meatballs until you reach an internal temperature of 165F, turning the meatballs as you cook to ensure even cooking.
Step 5
Serve with your favourite sauce!
