Ingredients
12 servings

4slices bacon
chopped

1red onion
medium, finely chopped

1green pepper
finely chopped

6cloves garlic
minced

1 x 8 ozcan tomato sauce

⅓ cupbrown sugar
packed

1 Tbspcider vinegar

1 Tbspagave
or honey

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tspsmoked paprika

¾ tspkosher salt

½ tspblack pepper

¼ tspcayenne pepper

1 x 15 ozcan black beans

1 x 15 ozcan cannellini beans

1 x 15 ozcan pinto beans

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add bacon to pan, and saute for 5 minutes or until crisp.
Step 3
Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels.
Step 4
Add onions, green pepper and garlic to drippings in pan, saute for 6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Step 6
Combine tomato sauce, and the next 8 ingredients (through cayenne pepper) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Step 7
Add beans to onion mixture and pour sauce over the top.
Step 8
Mix well to combine.
Step 9
Place mixture in a 3 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, and sprinkle withe reserved bacon.
Step 10
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
Step 11
Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
