Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2
2. Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions.
Step 3
3. Saute until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant
Step 4
4. Add the ground beef, ground ginger, sea salt, black pepper and Sriracha.
Step 5
5. Sauté until the beef is cooked through.
Step 6
6. Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Step 7
7. Sauté until the coleslaw is tender.
Step 8
8. Top with green onions before serving.
