Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot with salt water.
Step 2
Add ingredients to a pan and let the cheeses melt.

Step 3
Add 180g whipped cream slowly while stirring continuously.

Add the wine, salt and plenty of pepper and let sauce sit until it becomes creamy.

Step 5
Drain pasta thoroughly and then add to the sauce. Add rest of the whipped cream and stir thoroughly. Remove sage leaves before serving.
