Step 1

Stir fry the shallots to golden color with some butter and add the spices.
Add your lentils and sweet potato and water.
On high temperature let it come to boil and then keep it medium heat until the lentils cooled and water reduced to a thick consistency. Add your coriander on top before serving.
You may add a peace of bread next to your serving bowl
