Ingredients

2 Tbsplime juice

2 tspolive oil

2 tspHoney
Raw

1 tspGarlic
Minced

1 dashCumin
Ground

1 dashChili Powder

1 dashSea Salt

1 dashBlack Pepper
14 ozTip Steak

8Corn Tortillas
6-inch

2 cupsLettuce
Shredded

4 TbspSalsa Verde
Classic Ranch, or Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing

4 TbspCheese
Crumbles

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine the lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic and seasonings in a large Ziploc bag. Slice steak into thin strips and add to the bag. Massage until well coated. Let marinate in the fridge 2+ hours.
Step 2
2. Heat grill to medium heat. Place sliced steak on the grill and cook 3 minutes per side or until you reach your desired doneness.
Step 3
3. Weigh the steak and divide into eight equal portions. Add 1 portion to each tortilla. Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, 1 Tbs. salsa, ½ Tbs.
Step 4
Salsa Verde Dressing, ½ Tbs. feta cheese, cilantro and a squirt of lime juice. Enjoy 2 tacos per serving.
