Basil & Scallion Oil Noodles

Suree rice sticks for noodles
Half the garlic / ginger mix if recipe is for 2 people only
Use fresh ginger and garlic
Add a bit of parsley at the end
Double the miso or do one red and one white
Rice noodle dish, add steak for meat eaters
This recipe makes for 2 people
When upping to 4 people, 1-2 tbps less sesame seeds and 1-2 tbps more sesame & olive oil
Can do 2 tbps of the mixed ginger & garlic plus 1 tbsp of fresh garlic

Ingredients
2 servings
½ cupfresh basil
finely chopped
½ cupscallions
finely chopped, or green onions
1 Tbspginger
grated, fresh
1 ½ Tbspminced garlic
fresh
1 Tbspmiso paste
3 Tbspsesame seeds
2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspsesame seed oil
1 ½ Tbspdark soy sauce
mushroom is good
1 ½ Tbsplight soy sauce
2 Tbspfresh lemon juice
additonal 1 tbsp to add later if wanted
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients from Basil to Sesame Seeds in a large pot on the stove with no heat
Step 2
Heat the 4 tbsp total of olive and sesame oils in a separate small stove pan
Step 3
Pour hot oil over ingredients to sizzle and stir in over low heat
Step 4
Add in the soy sauce and lemon juice
Step 5
Toss in cooked noddles. Top with extra scallions or basil if desired and enjoy!
