Marinate salmon filet in 2 tbs coconut aminos and garlic. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Finely chop mango, tomato, and cucumber and mix with the juice of one orange. Add chopped mint. Serve salmon over brown rice, and top with mango salsa. Serve with avocado.
