Instructions
Step 1
Put olive oil in a large frying pan and warm up on medium heat
Step 2
Dice onion and fry until translucent
Step 3
Rinse and fry, frequently stirring until it starts to brown just a little.
Step 4
Add chicken stock and salsa and stir. Bring mixture to a simmer
Step 5
Cover tightly and lower heat to just keep it at a simmer. Set a timer for 22 minutes
Step 6
Remove from heat and let sit for five minutes. Stir and serve
