1courgette
chopped

1aubergine
chopped

1onion
finely chopped

2red bell peppers
chopped

Button mushrooms
Pack, quartered

4tomatoes
on the vibe quarted

2 x 500gAngus beef mince
packs

2tins chopped tomatoes

4 tablespoonstomato puree

worcestershire sauce

4 squirtsgarlic paste

sea salt

ground black pepper

2 teaspoonsbasil

2 teaspoonsoregano

vegetable stock

2beef cubes

500grigatoni pasta
Instructions
Step 1

Add onion and courgette to olive oil and fry gently then add the mince and brown for at least 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook for at least 45 minutes to one hour. Put to one side and reheat when ready to serve with Rigatoni pasta and garlic bread.
