This mix between pizza and wrap is very easy to make and perfect if you eat alone. All you need is a microwave, and within 10 min you can eat! Although it only contains 4 ingredients it is a complete, healthy and tasty vega meal.

If you haven’t bought sliced cabbage, cut it in very thin slices yourself. Cut the spring onion in small rings. Now put the wrap on a big plate. Spread the cabbage, drained tuna and grated cheese all over it. Add salt and pepper. Put it in the microwave for about 2 -3 minutes at about 600 W or until the cheese is melted and the cabbage is softened. Sprinkle the onion rings on top and there you go. Enjoy! If you prefer your cabbage a bit softer, you can stir fry it in a little tuna oil before adding it to the wrap.
