Step 1
Microwave the bowl of rice according to the package’s directions. When cooked, place 1/2 cup or more into a bowl.

Step 2
Cut 1/4 of the avocado into slices or bite sized chunks and place on top of the rice.

Step 3
Take half of the can of salmon and place on top of the rice, beside the avocado.

Step 4
Drizzle the mayonnaise and okonomi over top and sprinkle with furikake. If using, add the spring onions and sriracha as well.
