2boneless chicken breasts
boiled until cooked and then chop Use a rotisserie chicken if short on time

1 stickbutter
sautéed

1onion
sautéed

2 ribscelery
sautéed

0.5bell pepper
sautéed

1can chicken broth
for boiling noodles

1can of cream of chicken

1can of cream of mushroom

1can cream of celery

1can rotel

4 ouncesVelveeta
cubed

8 ouncesspaghetti noodles

breadcrumbs
Instructions
Step 1
Saute the butter, onion, bell pepper, and celery ribs.
Step 2
Boil spaghetti in chicken broth
Step 3
Mix cream of chicken, mushroom, celery, Rotel, and Velveeta in a bowl.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients together in a 9x13 pan and top with breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Bake in a pre-heated oven @350° uncovered, until brown on top (usually 20-30 minutes)
