Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Cream softened butter and sugar together. Add mashed bananas, vanilla, milk and eggs. Whisk until well combined. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Blend well. Add half the dry ingredients to wet ingredients, whisk until combined then add remaining dry ingredients. Again, whisk until well blended. Spray mini loaf pans to prevent sticking and fill until just over half way. You should get 2-3 mini loaves total depending on the size of your pans. Bake about 22-25 minutes. Toothpick inserted in middle should come out clean.
