Instructions

Step 1
Add an anchovy broth packet in 400ml of water. Let it boil for 10 minutes and then remove.

While you wait for the water to boil, chop your veggies. Chop 1/3 onions, 1/2 stalk of green onions, 1 fresh chili and 1/3 of a zucchini.

Separate a few oyster mushrooms and set aside.

In a pot, add 100g of brisket beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Then add 400ml of broth into the pot. Add in 2 Tbsp of soy bean paste, 1/s Tbsp of gochujang. Mix until all clumps are gone.

Then toss in your onions, zucchini, fresh chili, green onions and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. (Feel free to add 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic here if you have some!)

Add in your oyster mushrooms and boil for another 3 minutes before serving.
