Instructions
Step 1
add the pork belly to a pot over medium heat. cook for about 2 minutes
Step 2
add the onion and garlic. cook for another 3 minutes
Step 3
add the sesame oil, gochugaru to taste, kimchi, and sugar. cook for another 2 minutes
Step 4
turn the heat up to high and add the dashi stock (or chicken broth). season the broth by adding soy sauce and fish sauce. boil for 15 minutes
Step 5
add the tofu, break it up with a spoon and cook for another 10 minutes
Step 6
garnish with green onion and crack an egg into the middle. serve with rice and enjoy!
