cut into 3cm cubes
1onion
diced
3garlic cloves
roughly chopped
2celery sticks
diced
400gcan chopped tomatoes
chicken stock
3 sprigsrosemary leaves
400gcan cannellini beans
Instructions
Step 1
Fry meat in
Casserole dish until browned and remove from pan
Add aromatics and fry 3-4 mins until softened
Add back meat, tomatoes, stock cube, rosemary, 250ml water
Simmer for 1.5 hours
Add beans and cook for 5 mins, add water if need Add a bit of vinegar at the end
