Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Cube the chicken and add the seasonings listed. Mix well
Step 2
Cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

Sauce

Step 3
Combine soy sauce, honey, and gochujang in the same pan. Stir until thickened. Add chicken back to pan and stir into sauce.

Pickled Cucumbers

Step 4
Thinly slice the cucumber and place in a bowl. Add soy sauce and seasonings listed above. Stir and let sit.

Plating

Step 5
Serve over desired amount of rice.
