Ingredients

For the chicken

2chicken breasts
large, cubbed

⅓ cupnonfat Greek yogurt

2 tsppaprika

1 tspturmeric

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspgaram masala

¼ tspBlack Pepper

1 tspsalt

1 Tbsplite butter
For the sauce
Garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
On a bowl combine all the chicken ingredients. On a large pan melt and heat up the butter, then add the chicken cubes and let it cook until it’s fully cooked. Set it aside.












Step 2
On the same pan, spray some light cooking spray and “sautéed” the onion until it gets softer, then add the can tomatoes, the Greek yogurt and the same spices listed before. Then blended it until it’s completely smooth and creamy.











Step 3
Add the chicken to the sauce, and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Optionally you can mix 1/4c Greek yogurt with splash of water to make it creamy and drizzle over the top and top it with parsley. Serve it with rice, naan bread or both! And enjoy :)
