White Chocolate Bread Pudding

This recipe can be modified to use banana bread, biscuits, croissants, really any bread you want! You can also use brownies if you want to super decadent dessert. You can add 1/2 cups of nuts or raisins if you choose.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Melt most of the white chocolate over a double boiler with 1 tablespoon of butter and set aside. Save a little bit of the chocolate to mix in later.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, milk, sugar, melted chocolate, and vanilla together.
Step 4
Add the toasted bread and remaining white chocolate (and nuts or raisins if you were using them), and toss until saturated.
Step 5
Pour into the baking pan, dot with butter and bake uncovered for 20 minutes
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake another 10 minutes
