Step 1
Cook the spaghetti

Prep garlic and tomatoes
Step 3
Heat pan on medium low heat. Add oil olive only after splashing a small amount of water on the pan to make sure it's hot enough. You can tell if it the water beads and rolls around the pan.
Step 4
Add garlic and tomatoes to pan

Slowly add lemon juice OR white wine to pan. Let it cook off
Step 6
Add shrimp (no shells) to pan.
Step 7
Place lid on pan to let the shrimp cook.
Step 8
Once the shrimp turn pink, add heavy cream to pan. Stir sauce.
Step 9
Add pasta to pan with sauce to marry.
Step 10
Serve in bowls and top with fresh basil.
