Instructions
Step 1
Place the bell pepper in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove skin and cut into strips.
Step 2
Cook the gnocchi in boiling water and when they rise to the surface, drain and set aside.
Step 3
Cut the onion and chorizo into small pieces.
Step 4
Fry the chorizo in the pan until it begins to sweat, then add the onions and bell pepper. Leave to cook for about ten minutes.
Step 5
Add the cream and gnocchi, then stir. Salt and pepper to taste and It's ready. Enjoy your meal!
