Instructions
Step 1
Roast pepper, onion, tomato, feta, and any other vegetables in the oven under herbs and a heavy dose of salt and olive oil for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile cook some pasta. Mix up a sauce of tomato puree and a bit of olive oil. Crush some crisps and mix with finely grated cheese.
Step 3
Mix the pasta, tomato sauce, and roasted vegetables together. Put in baking tray, then layer cheese and crisps mix on top, and roast for a few minutes.
