Instructions
Step 1
Butterfly chicken and season with seasonings of your choice
Step 2
Cook in a pan, 5 minutes per side and remove from the pan
Step 3
Add 1 1/2 cup of pasta water to the pan that the chicken was in and cook down
Step 4
Add butter and chopped peppers to the pan and cook down
Step 5
Add cream cheese in pan and melt into the sauce. Add in more pasta water as needed
Step 6
Add in mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Mix to combine
Step 7
Add in broccoli and cooked chicken
