Step 1
Cut your chicken into cubes
Step 2
Seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning

Cook the chicken on a skillet until cooked through

Meanwhile, boil your pasta
Step 5
When the chicken is done cooking, remove it from the pan and clean the pan out

Over a medium heat, add the Buffalo sauce, cream, ranch and some salt/pepper to the pan and stir until a sauce forms (2-3 minutes)

Add the minced garlic and stir for another minute
Step 8
Add the chicken back to the pan and toss in the sauce
Step 9
Add the ricotta cheese and stir
Step 10
Strain your pasta and reserve some pasta water
Step 11
Add the pasta to the sauce
Step 12
Add the spinach to the sauce
Step 13
Stir and add some pasta water if the sauce is too thick
Step 14
Serve with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
