Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Place boursin in center of baking dish. Add orzo, seasonings, tomatoes, & stock to pan. Cover & bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil, stir, and add cheese & spinach. Mix quickly & cook covered for an additional 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted & cheese is melted.
