Super easy and yummy snack. The lentils add more nutrients and can’t be tasted. They may be omitted along with 1/2 cup of oats and the cookies will turn out just fine.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Soak lentils overnight and blend.
Mix banana, lentil, and peanut butter until incorporated.
Mix in oats and chocolate chips.
Spray baking sheets or line with silpat.
Place 2 tablespoons of batter and flatten.
Bake 12-15 minutes
