Ingredients
4 servings
wheat Thai noodles
0.5yellow onion
½ cupcarrots
thinly sliced
0.5red bell pepper
or orange, medium, chopped
1 ½ cupcabbage
rough chopped
¼ cupedamame
The sauce
3 clovesgarlic
medium, grated or minced
1 Tbspgochujang paste
3 Tbspsoy sauce
chili flakes
to taste
0.5lime
½ Tbspginger
grated
sesame oil
1 Tbspchili garlic sauce
½ Tbsphoisin
Served on top
Instructions
Step 1
1. Sauté onion in oil on medium heat 2. Begin boiling noodles. 3. Add carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add the shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic .
4. When noodles are just separated add to pan with veggies.
5. Add sauce and mix, cover and let steam until veggies are soft. Make sure to mix to not burn. 6. Add topping and serve.
