Instructions
Step 1
Put in a plate 1 egg yolk & grated parmesan cheese & some black pepper and mix. Or you can put the egg yolks mixture in a big bowl.

Cook spaghetti.
Step 3
In a pan fry the chopped diced bacon. Then add in cream and simmer before adding the pasta. If dry add more cream. When cooked put a portion into each plate & mix in the egg yolk mixture.
Step 4
Or into the big bowl & mix nicely.
Step 5
Then serve into each plate.
Step 6
The hot pasta will cook the egg yolk.
