that has been cooked and pureed if you want something that mixes in easily-I always make a bunch at once and freeze it into 4oz servings
2 x 24 ozcans of diced tomatoes
1 x 6 ozcan of tomato paste
4 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspcumin
if using 3lb of meat, I would do 2
2 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspsea salt
2 Tbspcacao powder
3 cupsblack beans
cooked
3 cupsbutternut squash
cubed, can be fresh or frozen
