Step 1
Place chicken, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, onion, green chiles & garlic in slow cooker. Reminder to line the slow cooker pot with a slow cooker liner if desired.

Step 2
Pour in chicken broth. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper & bay leaf.
Step 3
Stir in corn, beans and cilantro (cilantro optional).
Step 4
Cover. Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Note: easily burns! Monitor this soup.
